PLANT DESCRIPTION

PGESCO scope is Tailored EPCM services for the power plant including but not limited the power train, all supporting Balance of Plant and auxiliaries, the scope covers engineering, procurement, project and construction management. 

O&M Scope involves reviewing operation and maintenance manuals for adequacy, supervising the 24/7 plant operation control room, managing work permits including issuing procedures, verification, and closure, planning and executing training programs for the Owner's employees, as well as reviewing and supervising plant equipment maintenance programs. These responsibilities ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and training management for the project.
