DESCRIPTION

The scope of design service shall be divided into three (3) stages:

- Preliminary Design Service

- Detailed Design Service

- Vendor Drawing Review 

The Scope of services covers engineering and design works throughout the whole process from conceptual/ basic design and detail design to completion of as-built drawing until the end of the project, The Warehouse includes main warehouse building used to store dry and frozen goods and a combination of storage tanks, auxiliary buildings and facilities, Preparation of technical specification for contract packages, Preparation of complete designs, equipment sizing, drawings, specifications, data sheets and other supporting efforts in the degree of detail necessary to enable the EPC Contractor's staff to clearly determine the manufacturing and construction work requirements, Preparation of calculations, system analyses, and other necessary design work, as required to support design decisions, equipment and material specifications and selection, and preparation of construction drawings.
