East Cairo Logistics parks is a strategic project with plot area = 270,095 m², Situated in East Cairo on Cairo‐Suez Road Minutes away from the New Capital and Cairo Airport, The Park will allow sophisticated logistics operations to meet the most demanding business needs consists of 6 Warehouses and admin building. The project area is approximately 64 Feddan with setback of 13.5m and BUA= 152,374 m².

The 6 warehouses are as follows:
2 built to suite (BTS) warehouses and 4 typical warehouses with a provision to be sub-divided into smaller warehouses.
