This project is for the upgrading and rehabilitation of “SEMAF” factory, The aim of this project is for raising the efficiency and development of the railway equipment SEMAF factory, Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) hired an international consultant (“Point North”) to prepare the design drawings for the factory upgrading, The SEMAF factory located at Helwan over an area of 150,000 m2, PGESCO is providing the design validation and value engineering (Optimization) for the upgrading and rehabilitation of “SEMAF” factory. In addition, for providing the engineering, procurement, and construction management services for the scope of the Medium Voltage (MV) part in SEMAF factory, PGESCO to study and evaluate the existing design of the Low Voltage system for the upgrading and the rehabilitation project of SEMAF factory, PGESCO to provide the engineering, procurement, and construction management services for the scope of the MV part in SEMAF factory of SEMAF factory.
