Project Description

This project is for the upgrading and rehabilitation of SEMAF factory. 

The aim of this project is for raising the efficiency and development of the railway equipment SEMAF factory, Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) hired an international consultant (Point North) to prepare the design drawings for the factory upgrading. 

The SEMAF factory located at Helwan over an area of 150,000 m2. 

PGESCO is providing:

1. The design validation and value engineering (Optimization) for the upgrading and rehabilitation of SEMAF factory.
2.  Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management Services for the scope of the Medium Voltage (MV).
3. Study and evaluate the existing design of the Low Voltage System.
