PGESCo started its services since July 2016 and the site activities has been postponed due to the unsafe conditions since May 2018, Salah Al Din Thermal Power Plant consist of 2x630 MW.

The scope of work consists briefly of: (a) general project management; (b) engineering services including the construction support and startup activities; (c) contract administration including supporting the owner in administrating the EPC contract terms and conditions, claims and change management, payments processing, equipment tracking, inspecting and reviewing off shore materials, and monitoring the EPC contractor material tracking system and contract closeout; (d) site construction management including reviewing EPC contractor construction documents and procedures, monitoring EPC contractor daily site activities, managing all construction site activities, and tracking the project detailed time schedule; (e) startup management including the review of EPC contractor startup and commissioning procedures and operation manuals along with monitoring EPC contractor startup and operation activities; (f) record management and document control systems including full operable electronic record management system for the project.
