Scope
Develop the tarrif price (USD$,Mwh) for the operation and maintenance of the 2 existing GT Power Plants, Al Rumila GT Plants (5*292 MW) and Shut Al Basrah GT Plants (10*125 MW), and the electricity selling tariff price (USD$/Mwh) for Al-Khairat Thermal Power Plant (4*350MW) based on power purchases agreement of Independent Power Producer (IPP) on BOO bases.
