PGESCO scope is Engineering and procurement Management for the Development of Tender documents (Phase I) and Evaluation of offers (Phase II) including but not limit to, technical specifications preparation for soil investigation, plant description, technology selection, bidding document preparations including selection criteria, development of project execution schedule, tender evaluation and awarding support.
