Project Description

Nubaria II project Architectural Design included the following Ancillary buildings:

1. One Administration Building, (3-Story Building, approx.1400 Square Meters each).
2. One Owner Construction Offices Building, (2-Story Building, approx.600 Square Meters each).
3. One PGESCO Construction Offices Building, (2-Story Building, approx.600 Square Meters each).
4. One Warehouse/ Workshop, (2-Story Building, approx.3000 Square Meters each).
5. One Firefighting Stations, (2-Story Building, approx.700 Square Meters each).
6. One Gasoline station, (Single-Story Building, approx. 500 Square Meters).

 
Nubaria II project Architectural Design included a Housing Colony that consisted of the following:

1. Twelve Manager's Villa (approx.100 Square Meters).
2. Two Guesthouse buildings (approx.120 Square Meters), Sixty Employees Apartment buildings (2-Story Building, approx.120 Square Meters Each).
3. One Dormitory building for single engineers (3-Story, 60 Rooms), One Mosque (For 200 Persons).
4. One Shopping Center (Of 12 Stores) One Social Building.
5. One Kindergarten Building.
6. One Shower and Lockers Building.
7. One Medical Clinic Building.
8. One Main Guard House.
9. One Secondary Guard House.
10. Four Guard Towers, Landscape, Roads, playgrounds, and wall fence.
