Provide BIM drafting, and technical documentation support to the Firefighting and Plumbing Engineering Team during all project phases.Responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining high-quality BIM models, 3D designs, 2D drawings, and construction documentation in compliance with project requirements, company standards, applicable codes, and BIM execution plans.
Develop and maintain BIM models for firefighting, plumbing, drainage, and water supply systems in accordance with project requirements and company standards.
Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, layouts, sections, elevations, installation details, and construction documentation for project deliverables.
Translate engineering designs, calculations, and specifications into accurate BIM models and coordinated drawings.
Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, civil, electrical, and other MEP disciplines to identify and resolve design clashes.
Prepare shop drawings, tender drawings, construction drawings, and as-built documentation in line with project requirements.
Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company drafting standards, client requirements, and applicable codes.
Support site teams and engineers by providing accurate drawings and technical documentation required during construction and installation.
Maintain project BIM files, drawing registers, libraries, and documentation within approved document management systems.
Collaborate closely with Firefighting and Plumbing Engineers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of BIM models and engineering drawings.
3 to 8 years of experience in BIM modeling and drafting for building services and MEP projects.
Experience in Firefighting and Plumbing systems design support is preferred.
BIM Professional Certification is preferred.
Autodesk Revit Certification is preferred.
